This is a consolidated appeal by some eighty-odd Robins' Chapter 111 claimants from the disallowance of their claims by the District Court sitting in Bankruptcy. The disallowance was for failure of the appellants to file a timely questionnaire which was, in the opinion of the District Court, an essential part of their proofs of claims. We affirm, but without prejudice to the right of appellants to file petitions...
