This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant Charles S. Ragins to dismiss the indictment against him on the ground it subjects him to double jeopardy. By Order filed June 1, 1987, the Court denied defendant Ragins's motion, finding that he had not been subjected to double jeopardy by virtue of any of the indictment's three counts.
