James Mallen appeals from his conviction of failing to disclose loans "for the accommodations of others" in answering a Bank Officer's Questionnaire submitted to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 (1982). Mallen was also convicted of failing to disclose that he had an interest in certain limited partnerships in a financial statement...
