Defendants Leslie Robert Ramey and Paul Richard Russell were charged in a three count indictment with robbing a bank on December 21, 1987, using a firearm during the bank robbery, and conspiring to rob the bank. Defendant Ramey was tried and convicted by the jury on all charges. Defendant Russell pled guilty to two counts of the indictment and the third count was dropped.
