Plaintiffs, Randy D. Ramundo (hereinafter plaintiff), Anne M. Carroll and Joseph R. Egan, were injured when the truck in which they were traveling left Settles Hill Road, a Town of Guilderland highway in Albany County, and crashed into a nearby wooded area.
