BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Gary C. Jager was charged by indictment with one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, in violation of AS 11.41.436(a)(1). Following a jury trial, Jager was convicted of that offense. Superior Court Judge Warren W. Taylor sentenced Jager to four years' imprisonment with three years suspended.
