This is an appeal by General Motors Corporation (manufacturer) from a decision of the Washington Superior Court affirming the decision of the Vermont Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board (Board) in favor of Dale W. Pecor (consumer). Manufacturer contends that the superior court erred in affirming the Board's decision because it was unsupported by adequate findings and therefore exceeded the Board's authority, and that the remedy ordered by the Board...
