OPINION

BRETT, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Anthony James Mann, was convicted of Murder in the First Degree in Grady County District Court Case No. CRF-83-45. 21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7. He was given the death penalty and he appeals.

The victim, Charles Keene, was abducted and murdered in the early morning hours of January 23, 1983. His body was weighted with a heavy chain, fastened to a cement block...
