This is an appeal from a trial court judgment which granted plaintiff's request to permanently enjoin the cashing, funding, payment or collection of a certain letter of credit bearing number 179 issued by the Calcasieu Marine National Bank of Lake Charles in the amount of $30,000.00. This letter of credit was initially issued as a condition of plaintiff's purchase of one share of a limited partnership interest in the Decatur-St. Louis, Lupin Properties...
