Per Curiam.

This cause is before this court on appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, wherein that court dismissed counts Nos. 2, 4, 6 and 7 of an indictment.1 These counts charged the defendants, separately, with attempted receiving stolen property in violation of R.C. 2913.51 and 2923.02.
