BOWES, Judge.

Defendant, Leonard Clark, was charged with violation of LSA-R.S. 14:32.1—vehicular homicide. A jury trial was held at which the defendant was found guilty of negligent homicide. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve three years at hard labor. Clark now appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm.
