The State brought the underlying consumer fraud action in connection with an aborted time-sharing scheme at Round Top Mountain Ski Area. After a bench trial, the superior court concluded that defendant Stedman had violated Vermont's Consumer Fraud Act but dismissed the action against defendants David Goldman and V.L.I. Corporation. The State appeals the dismissal, and we affirm.
