MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Petitioner Randall Weidner seeks federal habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982) from his murder and rape conviction. For the reasons stated herein, the petition is denied.
