Plaintiff, Willard A. Thompson, appeals the summary judgment that dismissed his libel action against defendants, Public Service Company (PSC) and R.M. Richards, a PSC supervisor. The trial court entered the judgment because it concluded that defendants possessed a qualified privilege to publish the statements involved and that the undisputed evidence demonstrated that that privilege had not been abused.
