At the time, the vessel was sailing on the high seas on a voyage that would take it from New Jersey, through the Panama Canal, to Oregon. Marroquin was employed by third-party defendant, Stevens Technical Services (`Stevens'), and was injured aboard a vessel owned by defendant...
