GREENWOOD, Judge:

Aase appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of attempted second degree murder, a second degree felony, under Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-5-203 (1987) and 76-4-101 (1978). Aase claims the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for change of venue, failing to exclude testimony of Aase's former roommates, allowing the jury to adjourn for lunch without a sworn officer, and sentencing defendant for use of a firearm...
