This is an appeal from the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Carter County. The only issue is whether the District Court properly dismissed Appellants Tookes' tort claim against Respondents Miles City Production Credit Association, Interstate Production Credit Association, and Albert Van Hamlryck, (MCPCA), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
