These consolidated matters arise out of a one-car accident in which a teen-age boy and girl were tragically killed. The accident occurred at about 3:26 A.M. on Easter morning in 1984, near the intersection of Transcontinental Drive and Veterans Boulevard in Jefferson Parish.
