We affirm the order of the trial court which declined to authorize disbursement to Sandra Rubin of certain condemnation proceeds resulting from an eminent domain action brought by the School Board of Dade County. At the time of the trial court's ruling, Rubin's entitlement to the proceeds had not been clearly established.
