Defendant, Riley Mitchell Jones, was convicted on four counts of unlawful receipt of firearms by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(h)(1), 924(a) (1982), and on one count of unlawful possession of firearms by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C.
