SHORES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the State of Alabama in an action to condemn a vehicle and forfeit it to the State of Alabama pursuant to the Uniform Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act, Ala.Code 1975, § 32-8-2 et seq. Particularly, the State proceeded pursuant to §§ 32-8-86(h), -(l), and 32-8-87. We affirm.
