TURSI, Judge.

Defendant, Bobby Joyce Johnson, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of first degree arson, third degree arson, and fourth degree arson. We affirm.

The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to a fire at a shopping center in which defendant owned and operated a hardware store. The evidence disclosed that a hole had been drilled through the building wall, and a hose leading from a gas meter outside...
