This is the state's appeal from a Superior Court judge's order granting the defendant's motion to dismiss an indictment that charged the defendant with three counts of violating G.L. 1956 (1984 Reenactment) § 36-14-16 and § 36-14-18, this state's conflict-of-interest law.
