Plaintiff-appellee, John K. Darnall, Jr., through his duly appointed curator, brought this action against the defendants, J.K. Darnall, Inc. and John B. Levy, seeking a judgment nullifying the alleged transfer on January 7, 1980 of all of Darnall's property, both immovable and movable.1
