This is a divorce case.

After a marriage of about three and one-half years, the wife filed a petition seeking a divorce on the grounds of incompatibility and physical cruelty. The husband answered and counterclaimed for a divorce. Both parties petitioned the court for restraining orders prohibiting each one from harassing the other.
