The appellant, Ariel Alarcon, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, in Case No. CRF-84-3486, for the crimes of Robbery With a Firearm (Counts I and II) and Shooting With Intent to Kill (Counts III and IV).
