Defendant, Jimmy L. Dyson, was charged by bill of information with D.W.I., second offense, a violation of Baton Rouge City Ordinance 11:140. He filed a motion to suppress, which was denied by the court following a hearing. Defendant was then tried in a bench trial and convicted as charged.
