Claimant, Jasmin Dursun, filed an application for adjustment of claim under the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.), alleging that the injuries she sustained in an automobile accident arose out of and during the course of her employment with the Olympic Flame Supper Club. After a hearing, the arbitrator awarded claimant $200 per week for life...
