Robert S. Demetry (Demetry) seeks review of the decision of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission (Commission) which upheld the finding of the Director of the Colorado Civil Rights Division (Director) that no probable cause existed to sustain Demetry's charge of discrimination. We conclude that we lack jurisdiction and, thus, dismiss the petition.
