Iowa Terminal Railroad Company petitions for review of an Interstate Commerce Commission order establishing the sale price for a 10.4-mile section of Iowa Terminal's line. The Commission issued the order pursuant to a statute that permits a prospective purchaser to require the sale of railroad facilities that would otherwise be abandoned.
