Ronald Chandler, a former Missouri prisoner, appeals the district court's dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action as barred by the Missouri statute of limitations. Because we believe the district court misapplied the Missouri rule of tolling, we must reverse and remand for further proceedings.
