A jury convicted John H. Jenkins of possession with intent to distribute heroin. D.C. Code § 33-541(b)(2)(A) (1987). Judge Salzman sentenced him to four to twelve years of imprisonment. In seeking reversal of his conviction, Jenkins alleges that the trial court erred in refusing (1) to require disclosure of the location of a police observation post and (2) to question the entire venire panel regarding possible bias in favor of police...
