White, appeal from a Flathead County District Court jury verdict awarding Drilcon, Inc., $1,577,595.20 in damages for breach of contract, negligence, and constructive fraud. All three causes of action arise out of a contract entered into by Drilcon and Roil for the purpose of drilling an oil well.
