Plaintiff-appellant, Kenneth Wagner, appeals from a judgment dismissing his rule to revoke or modify permanent alimony.

On February 15, 1979, Kenneth filed suit for separation from bed and board against Marilyn. The parties entered into a joint stipulation dated May 11, 1979. The stipulation provided that Marilyn was to have custody of the minor children and receive child support in the amount of $300.00 per month per child during their minority...
