Plaintiffs, Corcoran Partners and its subsidiary, SK Hand Tool Corporation ("Corcoran"), appeal the dismissal of Count IV of their third amended complaint. Count IV alleges that Dresser Industries ("Dresser") violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, in committing various acts of mail and wire fraud in furtherance of a scheme to overstate the value of its hand tool division.
