This suit arises out of the dismissal of Kenneth Kollodge from his position as Wage and Hour Investigator for the State Department of Labor. Kollodge was covered by the collective bargaining agreement between the Alaska Public Employees Association (APEA) and the State of Alaska, and grieved his termination in accordance with the grievance procedure contained in the agreement.
