Defendant, Opelousas Health Care, Inc., (OHC), appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiffs, Armance Stanford and Bertha Johnson. Mrs. Stanford and Mrs. Johnson have answered defendants' appeal.

FACTS

This action arose out of an accident involving plaintiffs' sister-decedent, Louise Bertrand, the original plaintiff. Mrs. Bertrand was a seventy-three-year old resident of a nursing home operated by OHC. On September 16, 1984...
