Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Board of Parole setting his parole release date. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

Petitioner was convicted on three counts of forgery in the first degree in 1981 and put on probation for five years.1 In 1986, he was convicted on six counts of forgery in the first degree. His probation was revoked, and he was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment...
