BRACHTENBACH, J.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of first degree statutory rape and indecent liberties upon his 6-year-old niece. The Court of Appeals affirmed. State v. Leavitt, 49 Wn.App. 348, 743 P.2d 270 (1987). We affirm.
