The defendant, Victor Church, filed a motion to suppress all evidence of intoxication obtained by the Shreveport City Police pursuant to a DWI roadblock. The trial court granted the motion to suppress. The State was granted a supervisory writ by this court to review the State's contention the trial court erred in finding the roadblock unconstitutional.
