Michael E. DiRosa appeals his conviction for violating Jefferson Parish Ordinance No. 5275 relating to noise. We affirm.

DiRosa and the complaining witnesses, Mr. and Mrs. Peter F. Cullinane, Jr., were next-door neighbors. DiRosa's dog was in his yard about ten feet away from the Cullinane's bedroom window.
