On January 6, 1988, the state filed a delinquency petition alleging that the minor had committed numerous violations of the law. Simultaneously, the state filed a petition requesting that the juvenile court waive its jurisdiction and order the minor transferred for criminal prosecution. The state subsequently amended the delinquency petition, alleging the following: 28 counts of aggravated assault, 25 counts of kidnapping, two counts...
