This is a suit by an administratrix to recover on an insurance policy in favor of her decedent. The policy provided three kinds of benefits: Collision loss, liability, and personal injury protection. The last of these benefits provided for an accidental death payment in the amount of $5,000.00, the payment of medical expenses up to a limit of $5,000.00, and indemnity for wages lost.
