This bar disciplinary proceeding was initiated against respondent Robert J. Stubblefield after receiving a written complaint filed by his client. Complainant Oklahoma Bar Association lodged a formal complaint against Stubblefield on June 4, 1986. On July 31, 1987, the Bar Association filed a second amended complaint against Stubblefield alleging two counts of professional misconduct necessitating discipline.
