This was an action by Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance Company (Preferred Risk) to recover reimbursement from Mariano Baca Vargas for certain uninsured motorist benefits that Preferred Risk paid its insured, Delores Finley. Preferred Risk appeals the trial court's decision to grant summary judgment for Vargas on the basis that Preferred Risk's action was barred by the two-year limitation for personal injury claims under A.R.S. § 12...
