In this tort action against the hospital that contracted with the employer of plaintiff Foster to replace a large compressor in the hospital's air conditioning system, Foster, his wife, and his employer's w.c. insurer appeal a judgment rejecting their respective demands for damages that arose out of a disabling back injury Foster sustained while completing the work.
