MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

WILHOIT, District Judge.

On March 21, 1988, the defendant Antonio Jose Franco was sentenced to 189 months in prison. On the same date the defendant Roque Marmolejos was sentenced to 151 months imprisonment and the defendant Alfredo Lopez was sentenced to 161 months.
