Brown sued her employer, the defendant, Allen Parish Police Jury under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 206 et seq., for past due minimum wages and overtime compensation plus damages and attorney's fees for her services as caretaker of the Allen Parish Airport.
