This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas accepting appellant Richard A. Williams' negotiated plea of no contest to receiving stolen property, in violation of R.C. 2913.51. Williams was sentenced to serve a term of from two to five years' imprisonment in the Ohio Penitentiary. Williams appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. We reverse.
