ARMSTRONG, Judge.

Defendants, Fluor Constructors, Inc. ("Fluor"), and Hartford Insurance Company ("Hartford"), appeal from a trial court judgment awarding plaintiff, Jerome Ambrose, workers compensation benefits.

In January, 1984 plaintiff sustained an injury while in the course and scope of his employment with Fluor. He was paid compensation benefits from that date until August 13, 1984 when they were discontinued by defendants. Shortly thereafter plaintiff...
